Global Finance names ABA Bank the 'Best Bank in Cambodia 2017'

PRESS RELEASE: ABA Bank has been named ‘the Best Bank in Cambodia in 2017’ in Global Finance Magazine’s 23rd annual awards, which judges banks around the world to find the best in each country

Global Finance Magazine have named ABA Bank ‘the Best Bank in Cambodia’ for the third consecutive year.
In selecting the best bank in Cambodia, Global Finance considered the full range of factors including the growth in assets, profitability, strategic relationships, new business development and innovation in products. Moreover, the subjective criteria included the opinions of equity analysts, credit rating analysts, banking consultants, and others involved in the industry.
Speaking on this triumph, Mr. Askhat Azhikhanov, Chief Executive Officer of ABA Bank said: “This award reflects commitment of our staff and management team in providing the most innovative financial solutions to the customers. According to Global Finance, this year’s winners are those banks who attended carefully to their customer needs and accomplished better results while laying the foundation for further success. In addition, ABA won Euromoney’s “Best Bank in Cambodia” award for the last three consecutive years and received “The Bank of the Year” recognition from The Banker magazine in 2014 and 2016.
