Advertorial: The forthcoming Mekong View Tower II promises a new level of luxury just across the river from Phnom Penh

Chroy Changvar, though just a short drive from the centre of bustling Phnom Penh, is an oasis of calm and river breezes.
The Mekong View Tower has been a defining fixture of the peninsula’s skyline since 2009 and offers its tenants the height of riverside living. From the natural, leafy lobby where the occasional sparrow flitters in for a look about, to the gym, spa, sauna, hair salon, sky-high restaurant, minimart and pool, the 18-floor, 116-unit complex has high-rise living down to a tee.
Off the back of the success of the first Mekong View Tower comes its second incarnation. Work on the new development has been ongoing for the past 18 months and the tower will offer even more choices for its future tenants in terms of apartment layout and amenities. Expected to be completed by December next year, Bandith Say, the owner’s representative, says its future tenants can expect the same stunning views and fresh air environment that has made the first tower so successful.
“In Chroy Changvar, there is no construction or dust everywhere like there is in, say, [expat hub] BKK1. Everything here is in place,” he says, adding that a second bridge is likely to be completed next year, making Chroy Changvar living even easier and more relaxing than ever.
