Allianz Global Reinsurance has hired Kenrick Law as the new CEO of its
Asia Pacific reinsurance branch in Singapore
His appointment is effective from May 5.
Allianz Re provides reinsurance solutions to Allianz Group companies and open-market clients.
Law joins Allianz Re from Asia Capital Reinsurance Group where he built up the strategic business team to handle clients’ needs such as product development, portfolio analysis and capital and solvency management.
Law will be a member of the Allianz Re Executive Committee and head of client management for the region. He succeeds Karl Heinz Jung, who will return to Europe after completing international assignments in Asia for the past several years.
