SoPhanna Lay

SoPhanna Lay is a multimedia translator and Khmer-language editor for Southeast Asia Globe. He works with journalists in the field as an interpreter and photojournalist, supporting the coverage of a range of issues from wildlife protection to fisheries management and social welfare initiatives. Phanna also leads research and translation of government documents and transcribes interviews.
